Proposal 2026-1 A proposal to convene a constitutional convention for the purpose of drafting a general revision of the state constitution
Shall a convention of elected delegates be convened in 2027 to draft a general revision of the State Constitution for presentation to the state’s voters for their approval or rejection?

Proposal 2026-2 A proposed initiated law to prohibit campaign contributions from certain regulated utilities and government contractors and apply campaign finance laws and regulations to additional types of political communications
The proposal would: • Prohibit regulated electric and gas utilities, contractors with over $250,000 annually in government contracts, and people and organizations with substantial connections to these utilities/contractors from making direct or indirect campaign contributions to those who run for or hold offices that impact them. • Expand laws regulating spending on political communications, including those requiring disclosing donor information, to apply to communications clearly identifying candidates or ballot questions, even if they do not expressly advocate voting for/against them. • Expressly apply the law requiring disclosure of who paid for political communications to internet political communications. Should this proposal be adopted?

LINCOLN TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT MILLAGE RENEWAL
Shall the previously approved increase in the tax limitation imposed by Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution in the Charter Township of Lincoln of 1.50 mills, reduced to 1.4706 mills by required rollbacks, be renewed and replaced at up to 1.4706 mills ($1.4706 per $1,000 of taxable value), and levied for a period of 10 years, 2026 through 2035, inclusive, for the purposes of operating the Lincoln Township Police Department, raising an estimated $1,412,749 in the first year the millage is levied. This renewal will replace the existing Lincoln Township Police Department Millage set to expire in 2027 and will be levied beginning December 2026.

Shall the previously approved increase in the tax limitation imposed by Article IX, Section 6 of the Michigan Constitution in the Charter Township of Lincoln of .25 mills, reduced to .2449 mills by required rollbacks, be renewed at up to .2449 mills ($.2449 per $1,000 of taxable value), and levied for a period of 6 years, 2026 through 2031, inclusive, for the purposes of maintenance, repair and replacement of the public roads in Lincoln Charter Township, raising an estimated $235,266 in the first year the millage is levied. This renewal will replace the existing Lincoln Township Road Maintenance Millage set to expire in 2027 and will be levied beginning December 2026.
